Slokam-5.

Na cordhvam na cardho na cantaran-na-bahyam
na madhyam na tiryan na purva para dik,
viyad-vyapakatvat akhandaika-rupah
tadeko-vasistah sivah kevalo-ham.

na - ( I am ) neither;
urdhavam - above;
na ca - and nor;
adhah - below;
na ca - and neither;
antah - inside;
na ca - and nor;
bahyam - outside;
na - neither;
madhyam - middle;
na - nor;
tiryam - across;
na - neither;
purva - east;
para dik - other directions i.e, ( nor ) west;
viyad - like space;
vyapakatvat - all pervading;
akhanda - ( I am ) indivisible;
eka-rupah - one by nature;
tadekah - that one;
avasistah - remains;
sivah - Auspicious and Pure;
kevalo - ham = alone I am.

" I am neither above nor below, neither inside nor outside, neither middle nor across, neither east nor west, I am indivisible, one by nature, and all-pervading like space. Therefore, I am that One, Auspicious and Pure, that alone remains."
